How do I make an exchange?
Simple! Just send us an email to info@gabriellebyp.com and we will help you out.
How do I make a return?
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. This is policy length is much longer than usual as we want to give our customers the time to really try the products at home. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note! We do not offer free returns as we are a company who has strong values connected to Sustainability. Read more about our Sustainability Focus here. Simply because we want our customers to only buy what they need and with this policy we have seen great results = extremely few returns!
If you decide that you want to return your product you to do the following:
1. Email info@gabriellebyp.com and write "Refund + your order number" in the subject line.
2. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with the instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What are the lengths of the bag straps?
Our standard length is 90 cm which is a comfortable length for both cross-body and hanging from the shoulder. We also have a longer length which is 105 cm long, this length is perfect if you have a thicker jacket or if you just prefer to have your bag hanging a bit further down on your hip. It is all about personal taste really!

What is "Vegan leather"?
This business is build on a strong aim to never hurt anyone or anything in the process of making our bag straps. Therefore, we would never use real leather. Instead, we use real "fake leather" that is made out of layers of polyurethane, which is then embossed. One hundred percent vegan!
How does Gabrielle BY P work with sustainability?
We work constantly and actively to create comprehensive solutions that are as social, environmentally and economically viable as possible and constantly strive to find even better and more sustainable solutions. For example, our packaging is always recyclable.
Can I come and buy products at your office?
Absolutely, we would love to meet you! However, we do not yet have an official showroom but if you send us an email you are very welcome to stop by our office to try your favorites out.
