Refund and Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. This is policy length is much longer than usual as we want to give our customers the time to really try the products at home. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note! We do not offer free returns as we are a company who has strong values connected to Sustainability. Read more about our Sustainability Focus here. Simply because we want our customers to only buy what they need and with this policy we have seen great results = extremely few returns!
If you decide that you want to return your product you to do the following:
1. Email email@example.com and write "Refund + your order number" in the subject line.
2. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with the instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
